After receiving the report, officers from the Pervomaisky District Police Department conducted an investigation and identified the participants in the incident. Among those detained were men born in 1988, 1994, and 1996 (M.Z., F.L., P.E., and P.V.).
Protocols were drawn up for all detainees under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Minor Hooliganism"), and the materials were submitted to the district court. All four were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Pervomaisky District Police Department.
Law enforcement agencies urged residents and guests of the capital to adhere to behavioral norms in public places, respect those around them, and remember the potential administrative responsibility for violations of order.
