He pointed out instances where drivers behave aggressively, brandishing guns and getting into fights over trivial matters on the road. "You won't encounter this in Europe or Arab countries," he added.
Sadyr Japarov noted that in other countries, drivers, upon noticing a person in a hurry, let them pass without unnecessary signals. Meanwhile, in Bishkek, up to six incidents related to fights occur daily, and this involves not only young people but also adults. "If it were just young people, it would be more understandable," the president concluded.
