In Bishkek, a man was detained for impersonating a law enforcement officer, who attempted to resolve a conflict with patrol officers by contacting a certain "Bakha Baike" from the UPSM, according to information provided by the "Safari" movement to the AKIpress editorial office.

The incident occurred around 1:30 AM on January 31, when the patrol stopped a Toyota Camry with the license plate B7777S for violating traffic rules — it was driving in the opposite lane.

During the interaction with the inspectors, the driver claimed to be a former employee of the security forces and showed an ID card No. 46, which indicated the position of "deputy" and the rank of senior lieutenant, complete with a seal and the signature of a superior. However, a check revealed that he had never worked in law enforcement.

To avoid punishment, the driver called, presumably, a certain official from the UPSM known as "Bakha Baike." This led to a phone conversation between "Bakha Baike" and the patrol officers, resulting in further confrontation. The patrol officer accused the driver of distorting the facts and stated that he would still be taken to the GOM, as he had impersonated a police officer.
