On November 18, 2025, a man filed a complaint about a crime at the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow District. According to him, on October 27, 2025, a certain citizen named A. took his "Mercedes-Benz 124," valued at 250,000 soms, under the pretext of purchasing it and disappeared.
This situation was recorded, and based on the information provided, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers were able to detain the suspect, born in 1992, known as M.A. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the detainee managed to sell the car to third parties. The vehicle was seized and became material evidence in the case.
