According to information from law enforcement agencies, a report about an injured person was received via the "102" service from one of the medical institutions in the capital. It has been established that on January 31, at approximately 4:00 PM, the minor J. T. became a victim of violence and insults in a public place. A video recording of the incident soon appeared on social media.

This case has been registered in the automated information system (AIS) of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District. Necessary examinations have been appointed, and based on their results, a decision will be made regarding further actions related to the infliction of bodily harm.

During the investigation, a 25-year-old K. E. was brought to the police, and a protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the KR Code, concerning "Minor Hooliganism" due to the use of obscene language in a public place. The man has been placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District.

Law enforcement agencies also emphasized that the use of obscene language, aggressive behavior in public places, and disobedience to lawful demands of police officers entail responsibility in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
