The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow has decided to place Sosunov in custody, while Posokhov has been placed under house arrest.

Both defendants in the case could face up to 15 years in prison on charges of bribery.

It should be noted that Nikolai Posokhov became known for developing a rapidly deployable civil defense protective structure called "Kub-M." This modular block is designed to create shelter, including protection against radiation. Serial production of the bunker began in November 2024 in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region. It is capable of protecting against the consequences of natural disasters and technological accidents and includes two modules: one room for 54 people and a technical module.
