Based on this video, the leadership of the Internal Affairs Department instructed to conduct operational measures and identify the suspects.
Officers from the Ak-Buurin police station detained 35-year-old T. uulu Ch. from Manas. During the interrogation, she confirmed that she and her husband, 41-year-old Zh.A., came to Osh, where they committed the thefts.
The couple has been transferred to the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department for further investigation.
It is known that the couple has five children, with their four-month-old baby being the youngest. Both have previously been held criminally liable for fraud and theft.
