Law enforcement officers detained one of the suspects—a 37-year-old woman named Ch.T., who confessed to committing the crime along with her husband, 44-year-old Zh.A. They had arrived in Osh from Manas.
According to the police, this couple has five children, the youngest of whom is a four-month-old baby. It is also noted that the couple has previously had legal issues related to fraud and theft.
