In Bishkek, a guy stole a "Volkswagen," took it for a ride, and left it near the Blood Transfusion Center.
On January 17, a man living on Green Street contacted the police. He reported that his "Volkswagen Polo," parked near his home, had been stolen around 11:30 PM.
This incident was recorded under Article 211 ("Theft of a Vehicle") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Law enforcement officers reviewed footage from surveillance cameras and were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be 18-year-old T.A., who had previously had legal issues.
Additionally, it was discovered that the stolen vehicle had been abandoned near the Red Cross.
The investigation is ongoing.
