A conflict occurred between a teacher and a 42-year-old student at Osh Medical College: The student filed a complaint with the police.
The student Ainura Akmyrzaeva shared her version of events, refuting the director's information about issues with electricity and the internet. She noted: “After the video of the incident appeared on social media, I began to receive threats from the teacher and her children regarding the channel that published the recording. Ultimately, I agreed to delete the video, but instead of an apology, the teacher returned to the college and boasted that she had instructed programmers to remove it from all resources. Moreover, she provided false information that the internet was down on the day of the conflict due to a power outage. I have video evidence showing that the electricity was on from 1:00 PM to 2:18 PM.”
Ainura also expressed surprise that she was not acquainted with the teacher and had not communicated with her. She recounted that she approached the curator with a question about the schedule when the teacher went on a break. “When she returned, she started yelling at me in front of 70-80 students, which significantly affected my health and mental state. As a result, I filed a complaint with the police against the teacher,” she added.
According to information from the press service of the Osh city police, Ainura filed a complaint with the police on January 28 after 5:00 PM, and it was forwarded to the Ak-Buura police department.
In a previously published video that went viral on social media, it can be seen that the teacher was 1.5 hours late for the exam after going to lunch. The third-year student expressed dissatisfaction with the delay and stated that she came solely to take the exam. In response, the teacher said that those who are busy should not study, which triggered the conflict.
The press service of the Osh city police confirmed that the incident was recorded and is currently under investigation. The director of the Osh Medical College, Aida Abdildaeva, explained that the delay in the exam occurred due to a power outage, which disrupted the electronic system. “Students were not notified of the delay, and the conflict arose when the student stated her engagement. At that time, someone from the students filmed what was happening,” she reported.
