Patrol officers in Bishkek noticed a "Changan" brand car with devices resembling special beacons on its roof. Upon inspection, it turned out that these were just plastic tanks painted blue and red.
The driver was interviewed, during which he was strongly advised not to engage in such actions in the future. He removed the tanks from the roof of his car and promised to adhere to the rules from now on.
