The incident occurred on January 27, when the victim was at the mosque. In the evening, around 6:15 PM, his bag containing important documents was stolen.
This case has been classified as theft under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The law enforcement authorities detained a young man, S.A., born in 2008, who is suspected of this crime.
An investigation is currently underway.
