A video surfaced showing a man pouring paint on carpets and then washing them in irrigation water while advertising his product.
Information about the incident was recorded at the Alay District Internal Affairs Department, where a preliminary investigation has also been initiated. During the investigation, it was revealed that the video was filmed by B. uulu B., born in 1996, on the road leading to the Sary-Oy pasture in the Alay district. An explanatory conversation was held with him.
The materials of the inspection will be forwarded to the Osh Regional Department of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service for further action in accordance with the legislation.
