During the inspections, locations were discovered where illegal sales of fuel were taking place using five mobile tankers that were engaged in mobile trading in unapproved locations without the necessary permits.
Based on the identified facts, administrative fines were imposed on the owners of the tankers, and the vehicles themselves were sent to the impound lot. Additionally, illegally sold fuel and lubricants were seized. All collected materials have been forwarded to the judicial authorities for further investigation.
The Tax Service emphasized that similar raids to identify illegal trading of fuel and lubricants will continue.
According to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the retail sale of petroleum products is only permitted at gas stations, gas filling stations, and gas compressor stations, with the mandatory presence of cash registers, specialized refueling equipment (fuel dispensers), and automated accounting systems.
