Caught for drunk driving, he introduced himself as an inspector of the Traffic Police of Chui Region.
Patrol police officers stopped the car for a document check and suspected that the driver was drunk. According to witnesses, the man immediately claimed his high status, asserting that he held the position of head of one of the departments of the UOBDD of the Chui region.
At first, he insisted that he had not consumed alcohol; however, he later changed his testimony and admitted to his actions. Nevertheless, he refused to undergo an examination at the narcological dispensary. As a result, he was still taken to a medical facility, where tests confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood.
During a conversation with the narcologist, the detainee claimed that he had taken "aspirin or anti-flu medication" due to a headache.
