Two earthquakes were felt by Kyrgyzstanis the day before

On the eve, the residents of Kyrgyzstan witnessed two seismic events. According to information provided by the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the first earthquake occurred on January 24 at 1:32 AM. Its magnitude was about 3 points and it was recorded within the country's territory. The second earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.5 points, occurred at 5:07 AM on the territory of neighboring Tajikistan.

The epicenter of the first earthquake was located 2 kilometers northeast of the village of Terek-Suu and 4 kilometers southwest of the village of Sary-Bee. In these settlements, the intensity was felt at a level of 3 points.

As for the second earthquake, its epicenter was situated on Tajik territory, 18 kilometers southeast of the village of Achyq-Suu and 33 kilometers southeast of the village of Kabyq. In the village of Achyq-Suu, the intensity of this earthquake also reached 3 points.
