Recently, a video appeared on social media from N.M., born in 2004, a resident of Osh, in which she claims: "He kidnapped my child." The woman stated that due to domestic violence, she decided to leave her husband; however, despite living separately, the man took their two-year-old daughter.
According to the press service of the Interior Ministry of the Osh region, law enforcement officials investigated the statement by M.Sh. regarding previously committed violence. Based on the decision of the Osh City Court dated January 20, 2026, her husband, born in 1995, citizen M.F., was arrested for 5 days, as they no longer live together.
It is also reported that there is currently a court process between the spouses regarding the child's residence.
The statement from N.M. was registered at the Kara-Suu District Department of Internal Affairs on January 21, 2026. An investigative check is currently underway, and a corresponding decision will be made based on the results.
