At the meeting of the commission on social issues of the Bishkek city council, held on January 23, a representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the cause of the tragic incident, which resulted in the death of a Bangladeshi citizen, could have been a heater.

According to him, the room where the victim was located had no heating. He likely turned on the heater to avoid hypothermia in the severe cold. "Everything points to this," he added, emphasizing that the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues the investigation.
