The lawyer claims that Sadykova filed complaints against the investigator of the First Mai District Police Department and his deputy, pointing out possible illegal actions during the investigation process.
According to information available to the defense, despite the submitted complaints, they were redirected back to the same district authorities for consideration.
Abdumuminova also noted that Klara Sadykova has chronic illnesses, which the defense believes fall under the list of conditions that restrict detention.
The lawyer claims that Sadykova was repeatedly taken out of the detention center for investigative actions that, according to the defense's version, did not actually take place.
Furthermore, during the court proceedings, the defense discovered procedural documents with signatures that, according to Sadykova, do not belong to her. The lawyer filed a petition for a handwriting examination, but it was reportedly rejected, according to Abdumuminova.
The lawyer also pointed out the pressure and threats that her client faced during the investigation, as well as appeals from officials after the case was transferred to court. All these circumstances, according to the lawyer, are documented in written statements, copies of which are with the defense.
At present, Klara Sadykova's criminal case is being considered in court, and a final decision has not yet been made.
"Due to the lack of results from the appeals, we were forced to turn to the public, the government, and higher law enforcement agencies for help in achieving justice and protecting the interests of my client," the lawyer emphasized.
