“The child was brought to the hospital on the night of January 21. He was experiencing hemorrhagic shock due to bleeding. Unfortunately, he died in the morning. The parents reported that they had turned to a healer for the procedure of making incisions on their child's back. We have forwarded the information about the incident to law enforcement agencies,” the Center for General Medical Practice added.
