He reported that since December 11, 2025, his father and brother have been in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Bishkek. Mamasydikov believes that the criminal case initiated by the capital's police lacks serious grounds.
According to Mamasydikov, he received offers to pay money to "resolve the issue" regarding the case.
“My ayash-ata said that he spoke with a lawyer who claimed that $60,000 was needed to close the case. I replied that such an amount was not available. Later, as he reported, law enforcement agreed to $30,000, which had to be provided before the New Year,” Mamasydikov added.
He also mentioned that after discussing the situation with his sister, he decided to contact the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). As a result, he managed to raise $20,000 and file a complaint. Later, according to him, the lawyer and police officers were detained.
In light of the above, Mamasydikov and his lawyer Aibek Omurov are asking the authorities to intervene and take control of the situation.
