32 buildings of the Ministry of Health sold in Jalal-Abad region
In the Jalal-Abad region, 32 buildings and 5 plots of land that belonged to the Ministry of Health were illegally sold. This was reported by representatives of the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
Law enforcement agencies discovered these facts during their investigation, revealing violations in the cities of Manas, Bazar-Korgon, and Kochkor-Ata.
The investigation established that these administrative buildings and plots of land were used for commercial activities, where private clinics, pharmacies, shops, and catering establishments operated, leading to significant damage to the state.
The committee reminded that according to presidential decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995, social infrastructure facilities are not subject to privatization. Furthermore, according to Article No. 44 of the Land Code, buildings and structures are inseparable from the right to the corresponding plot of land.
In light of the above, all objects and plots of land have been returned to the state.
