In the Kemin district of the Chui region, an incident occurred: a train struck a foal. This event happened on January 21 on the railway line that runs between the villages of Kashkelen and Ak-Beket.

According to information from local residents, the animal sustained serious injuries but, fortunately, survived.

Currently, investigations into the circumstances of this incident are ongoing.
