In Bishkek, a "citizen of the USSR" was detained for drunk driving
During the stop of the vehicle, it was revealed that the driver had neither a driver's license nor a vehicle registration certificate. Additionally, he emitted a strong smell of alcohol.
For further investigation, the detainee was taken to a drug treatment clinic, where it was confirmed that he was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Upon establishing his identity, the detainee stated that he had no official documents, including a birth certificate. He also mentioned that he once had a Soviet passport, but it is now missing.
Necessary protocols and materials were prepared regarding the detention. The vehicle was placed in an impound lot, and the collected documents were submitted for further investigation.
