Car Shattered. Driver Sustained Serious Injuries in Accident on the Outskirts of Bishkek
According to information from the patrol police, the incident took place on January 21 at around 09:00. The driver, born in 2006, named A.D.M., behind the wheel of a Toyota Carina, lost control while driving along the Vasilievsky tract towards the Dostuk residential area.
He veered off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Preliminary data indicates that the main factors contributing to the accident were speeding, the use of summer (worn-out) tires, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
The injured driver was urgently hospitalized in the national hospital, where he was placed in intensive care. His preliminary diagnosis includes severe combined injuries, closed traumatic brain injury, contusion of the brain, as well as blunt trauma to the chest and abdomen.
The patrol police department strongly urges drivers to adhere to speed limits, use seasonal tires, and avoid driving under the influence of alcohol.
