A drunk driver without a single document was detained in Bishkek
Upon inspection, it was found that the detained individual had neither a driver's license nor documents for the vehicle. Moreover, he showed visible signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver was taken to a narcological service, where his condition was confirmed.
When attempting to establish his identity, the detainee admitted that he had no documents verifying his identity, including a passport and a birth certificate. He noted that he once had only a Soviet passport but was unable to present it.
Protocols were drawn up against the offender, and the vehicle was sent to the impound lot. The case was forwarded to the relevant authorities for further consideration.
The Patrol Service emphasizes that driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol is a serious offense and poses a danger to all road users. Such cases will be dealt with particularly strictly.
