As it became known, the offender was detained in Talas. Materials have been prepared against him under Article 188 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he has been fined 15,000 soms.

The State Traffic Safety Department strongly urges all drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules and avoid creating obstacles for other motorists.
