A man admitted that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication
Specialized services of Kyrgyzstan held a conversation with a citizen following his statements on social media. This information was disseminated by the press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
According to the committee's statement, the conversation was of an explanatory and preventive nature.
A citizen named Z.D.A., born in 1989, posted comments that could incite interethnic hostility. He explained that at the time of publication, he was under the influence of alcohol and promised that he would not engage in such actions again.
The SCNS initiated an examination of his publications, and necessary measures will be taken based on the results.
