In Bishkek, a bus hit a pedestrian. The injured woman has been hospitalized.

A road incident occurred in Bishkek on January 13 at approximately 6:00 at the intersection of Gagarin and Elmirebek Imanaliev streets.

According to information from the press service of the Traffic Police, the driver of a Zhong Tong bus, born in 1988, was traveling north on Imanaliev Street. While making a right turn onto Gagarin Street, he struck a woman who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing.

As a result of the incident, the woman, born in 1969, sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized at City Hospital No. 4 with a closed chest injury and a concussion.

An investigation is currently underway to determine all the circumstances of the incident.
