Additionally, a scheme to evade customs duties was employed, causing damage to the state, the extent of which is currently being determined.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 (Abuse of official position) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
