In Kadamzhai, a driver hit a child and fled the scene of the accident

In the Kadamjai district of the Batken region, a driver suspected of hitting a minor and leaving the scene of the accident has been detained.

According to information received by the police, on January 4 at 21:35, a call was made to the duty station of the Kadamjai Department of Internal Affairs about a traffic accident on the Osh – Razak highway, passing through the village of Kok-Talaa in the Maidan rural district. Preliminary reports indicate that an unidentified vehicle struck a child and fled the scene without providing assistance.

As a result of the investigation, a 30-year-old resident of the village of Chechme in the Birlik rural district, known as T. Z., was detained. He is currently being held in a temporary detention facility.
