Due to the refusal to wash a jacket, a man caused a ruckus at a friend's place.

On December 30, 2025, the Sokuluk District Court in the Chui region made a decision in the case of Rinat [name changed, K.R.D.]. The 50-year-old defendant found himself in the dock for hooliganism involving violence, which he committed at the home of an acquaintance.

A report of the incident was received by the police on the morning of December 29, 2025, from a resident of the village of Nizhne-Chuyskoye. According to her, Rinat was knocking on the window, insisting on a meeting, after which he hit and insulted the 41-year-old woman.

As a result of the incident, a protocol for hooliganism was drawn up against the man. At the court hearing, he fully admitted his guilt and explained that he had come to the acquaintance to ask her to wash his jacket. When she refused, he began knocking on the window, which provoked her anger and ultimately his irritation, leading to the insults.

The court found Rinat guilty under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Kyrgyzstan and imposed a fine of 5,500 soms.
