A guy driving a car was blocked by another vehicle, after which three people got out and forced him to transfer money to a mobile wallet.
According to information provided by the press service of the Osh Internal Affairs Department, employees of the Ak-Buura Internal Affairs Department apprehended the criminals who threatened citizens and took money and valuable items from them.
According to reports, a 21-year-old resident of the Suzak district contacted the Osh Internal Affairs Department, stating that on January 1, 2026, he was robbed by unknown individuals who threatened him and took his iPhone 15 Pro.
On the same day, a similar statement was made by a 22-year-old resident of the Nookat district. He reported that around 11:00 PM, while driving his car through the Jibek-Jolu (On-Adyr) microdistrict in Osh, his path was blocked by another vehicle. Three individuals exited that vehicle and, through threats, forced him to transfer 15,000 soms to their accounts via a banking mobile application installed on his phone.
During operational-search activities, the suspects were detained, and they turned out to be residents of the city of Osh:
— M.Z., born in 2001,
— M.N., born in 2002,
— M.M., born in 2001.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation has established that this group may be involved in a number of other similar crimes. The investigation is currently ongoing.
The Ak-Buura police department of the Osh Internal Affairs Department urges citizens who have fallen victim to the actions of these individuals to contact law enforcement agencies.
