Suspect Detained for Humiliation and Violence Against Several Children

Police officers responded to an incident of violence against children in the village of Alamidin, which was recorded on video. According to the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek, several recordings showing acts of cruelty towards minors have been circulated on the internet.

According to available information, video recordings have been published on social media, in which an unknown person commits physical and psychological violence.

A criminal case has been initiated on this matter under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It has been established that the detained individual is F. V., born in 1993. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek, and the investigation is currently ongoing.

The police emphasized that any forms of physical or psychological violence, aggression, and humiliation of human dignity are crimes and entail criminal liability in accordance with the current legislation.
