The Military Prosecutor's Office detained a serviceman for the death of his comrade.

According to information received by the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary," on January 6, a suspect in inciting suicide was reported to have been detained. 

This incident has been registered under Article 128, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, classified as "Incitement to Suicide." 

The detained individual is a serviceman with the initials M.M., born in 2006, who is now in the temporary detention facility (IVS) of the Manas city police department. 

"An investigation is currently underway, and necessary examinations have been appointed. In addition, during the investigation, a legal assessment will be made of the actions of the officials of the DOC of the State Penitentiary Service, and possible accomplices in the crime are being identified," the Military Prosecutor's Office reported.
