Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, in cooperation with staff from the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, organized outreach activities. These actions were initiated based on citizens' appeals and aimed at combating illegal activities related to the employment of Kyrgyz citizens in Denmark and Germany.
During the inspection, it was revealed that the company "Asia Consult Visa" was engaged in the employment of citizens abroad under the pretext of providing visa support, while lacking the necessary permits.
As a result of the inspection, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Article 95 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on offenses, concerning "illegal activities related to the employment of citizens."
Citizens who have become victims of the actions of this company can contact the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs in Bishkek for assistance.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminds that the employment of citizens abroad is only possible with the appropriate permits.
Citizens are advised to exercise caution and, before making a decision about employment abroad, check the availability of necessary permits from companies and individuals. Information about the legality of agency activities can be found on the official website: https://migrant.kg
