He noted that all legislative guarantees for workers are provided by the Labor Code, including safety regulations and other norms, and they are strictly adhered to.
According to him, workers at coal depots that provide social coal do not earn significant profits, as their main task is to meet the needs of the population, especially low-income citizens.
“Coal is sold at reduced prices specifically for this category,” he emphasized.
Sadyraliev also added that more affluent citizens generally do not pay attention to fuel prices and purchase it at market value, while those in need of a more affordable fuel option line up for social coal.
