A cultural center is actively being constructed in Naryn, which will be unique for the country. This was announced by President Sadyr Japarov during the Nowruz celebration, where a ceremonial event took place.
The head of state noted that 2 billion 382 million soms have been allocated from the Stabilization Fund for the development of the city. These funds are intended for the implementation of an ambitious project that will become a key element of the cultural infrastructure of the region.
Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the building under construction will meet modern requirements and will become an important venue for cultural events, support for creative development, and the preservation of national traditions.
