In the Naryn region, the completion of the construction of mortgage houses became an important topic in President Sadyr Japarov's speech during the Nowruz celebration.
The head of state noted that the "Tenir-Tuu" development fund has raised about 2 billion soms, which will be used to improve the region and implement various social and infrastructure initiatives.
Since the beginning of 2022, 0.6% of the gross income from the Kumtor gold mine has been allocated to the "Tenir-Tuu" fund, which also finances the construction of mortgage houses in Naryn.
The president emphasized that a significant portion of these houses is being built with state budget funds.
