According to Ryspaev, the main goal of this program is to reduce the imbalance between regions and increase the level of self-sufficiency in subsidized areas.
He also reported that master plans have already been developed for the cities of Kant and Uzgen, focusing on addressing infrastructure and management issues. These documents are currently in the approval stage.
Furthermore, work continues across the country on Socio-Economic Development Programs (SEDP) for regions and cities, as well as training specialists who will be involved in their implementation.
In the Kara-Suu district, within the framework of this program, a car assembly plant is being built, and there are plans to launch the production of batteries and LED lighting devices. In the Aravan district, the possibility of creating factories for the production of reinforced concrete products and a cascade of hydroelectric power stations with a capacity of 9 MW is being considered. In the Uzgen district, the establishment of a logistics center with a capacity of 600 tons is planned.
As Ryspaev noted, regional development is being carried out in three main areas: agriculture, industry, and tourism.
