Today, March 19, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, held a meeting with members of the Security Council.
The president's press service reports that the agenda included issues of national security, including food and energy aspects in light of the events occurring in the Middle East.
Additionally, the participants of the meeting formulated recommendations regarding the list of strategically important facilities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Following the outcomes of the meeting, relevant instructions were issued to the heads of state bodies, the authorized representatives of the president in the regions, as well as the mayors of Bishkek and Osh.
