The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has halted an attempt to illegally import dietary supplements (DS).
The incident occurred at the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, at the goods accounting point near the "Ak-Tilek - road" checkpoint. During the inspection of a cargo vehicle, dietary supplements were discovered that lacked the necessary accompanying documents.
The preliminary estimated value of the detected goods amounted to 31.2 million soms.
Official reports have been drawn up regarding this incident, and the materials have been handed over to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
