The first area is a site where gold, silver, antimony, and mercury are potentially located, known as "Tegermaсhskaya," situated in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region. Its total area is 6010.6 ha.
From this territory, 4.4 ha is excluded — this is a site related to license No. 2426 AE of LLC "Capital Geo Trade."
The second area — "Terek-Kassanskaya," also known as a site for gold, silver, and antimony, is located in the Chatkal district of the Jalal-Abad region. Its area is 2946 ha.
It is important to note that under this order, the company will need to obtain a conclusion from the authorized body in the field of culture regarding the presence or absence of historical and cultural heritage sites in these areas before beginning their use.
Control over the implementation of this order will be carried out by the management of control over the execution of decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Presidential Administration.
