The Prosecutor's Office of the Lenin District of Bishkek discovered facts of illegal money collection from the parents of students at secondary school No. 95, which contradicts the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to ensure state guarantees for the realization of children's right to free school education."
During the inspection, it was established that some teachers were charging fees for additional classes that exceeded the state-established tariff, which is a violation of the law, reports the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of the prosecutor's inspection, 4 educators were held administratively liable, and 5 employees of the Department of Education of the Bishkek City Hall were subjected to disciplinary action. The school director was removed from his position.
