- In 2025, the volume of gold exported from Kyrgyzstan decreased almost fivefold, according to data provided by the National Statistical Committee.

During 2025, Kyrgyzstan exported 6254.9 kg of gold worth $682.9 million. Compared to 2024, the volume of shipments fell by 4.9 times, and their value decreased by 3.7 times. It is worth noting that in 2024, a shipment of 30561.8 kg of gold was made, amounting to $2.5 billion.

The average price of gold in 2025 was $109.2 million per ton, while in 2024 this figure was $82 million per ton, which corresponds to a growth of 33%. The increase in prices is attributed to the rise in global gold quotations.

In 2025, the structure of buyers changed significantly. While in 2024 gold was supplied to four countries, in 2025 98% of all exports were accounted for by two countries — Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
