Today, a swearing-in ceremony for newly appointed ministers took place, during which President Sadyr Japarov addressed the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.
During the event, an open dialogue occurred, where the president answered questions regarding the most important aspects of the socio-political and economic life of the country.
Deputy Ulan Primov, speaking with the Kabar agency, noted that the meeting was held in an atmosphere of complete openness and transparency, which allowed for quality discussions on pressing issues.
According to him, this format of communication with the president provided an opportunity to thoroughly examine urgent issues and receive clear, convincing answers to them.
“Among Kyrgyz people, there is a wise saying: ‘Let’s sit in a row and talk nicely,’ which reflects the essence of an honest and open conversation. This time, the meeting with the president was in a question-and-answer format, where the most acute problems of society were discussed,” the deputy noted.
Important topics were discussed, such as the revision of the procedure for social benefits payments, mortgage lending, the independence of the judiciary, and an analysis of the GKNB's work. The president provided clear and convincing answers to all questions. “I am confident that such dialogues are an excellent practice that should be continued,” he added.
Ulan Primov also emphasized that the parliament plays an important role in the country’s economic growth and insisted on the need for further cooperation with the executive branch.

As noted by the deputy of the “legendary parliament” KemeI Ashyraliev, the president and parliament are elected by the people and are obliged to represent the interests of citizens. He emphasized that besides legislative activities, elected representatives should convey the voice of the people on issues of domestic and foreign policy, and the president, as the guarantor of the Constitution, should maintain constant interaction with the Jogorku Kenesh.
Kemelbek Ashyraliev also expressed the opinion that the issues discussed should be genuinely significant, especially when given the opportunity to address the president from the podium.

At the same time, Kemelbek Ashyraliev added that the importance of the raised issues should come first, as the behavior of deputies and the topics they raise reflect their professionalism and understanding of current problems.
“Among the deputies, there are both experienced and young members, and the latter sometimes leads to questions that do not find support among the public. If young deputies only raise topics that align with their personal understanding, it may cause dissatisfaction. The president, as the head of state, sees the level of each deputy and correlates his answers with the raised questions. Therefore, it is important that serious topics concerning the interests of the country and the people are voiced from the podium,” concluded Kemelbek Ashyraliev.
Speaking at a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the need to work in the interests of the state, not for personal gain, and highlighted the importance of upholding the oath and fulfilling obligations to the people.
