Zhapаров spoke about the resolution that lay in the government for three years
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov announced at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh about a significant acceleration in the decision-making process due to the transition of state institutions to electronic document management. The head of state emphasized that digitalization allows documents to be coordinated in just one day.
Previously, according to him, the coordination process between ministries could drag on for months. Now, documents can be uploaded to the system in the morning, and by the evening, responses from all agencies regarding their agreement or disagreement with the proposal are already available.
In addition, Japarov noted that after his appointment, an audit of the government's work was conducted, during which it was discovered that one resolution had been overlooked for three years.
The president stated that this document could significantly improve the functioning of the state apparatus, but its consideration was constantly postponed due to lengthy paper coordination.
