In the production of the Karakol city department of the Bailiff Service under the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan, there was an enforcement proceeding for the recovery of debt on a state loan from the debtor O.M.Z. (founder of LLC "Lena Fashion").
The enforcement order was issued based on a decision made on June 26, 2025, by the Ak-Suu District Court of the Issyk-Kul region, according to which the debtor was to pay an amount of 14,270,000 soms in favor of the Directorate for the Management of the Development Fund of the Issyk-Kul region.
On March 3, 2026, the debt of 14,270,000 soms was fully repaid, thus the court's decision was executed in full.
