The adoption of this document is aimed at ensuring the proper condition and operation of tunnels. It includes a list of artificial structures for which a fee will be charged, as well as the rates and procedures for payment.
For vehicles with state license plates from Kyrgyzstan and EAEU countries, the toll rates for passing through tunnels on the Bishkek–Osh road are:
- 50 soms for passenger cars (category M1),
- 100 soms for M2, as well as N1 and wheeled tractors (T5),
- 150 soms for M3 and N2,
- 250 soms for cargo vehicles N3,
- 500 soms for N3O3, N3O4, and super-wide tractors (T4.2) with trailers over 3.5 tons.
For the Kok-Art tunnel on the alternative North-South route, higher rates are provided:
- from 100 soms for M1 to 1000 soms for categories N3O3/N3O4 and T4.2.
For foreign and transit vehicles, the following rates are established:
- 200 soms for M1,
- 1000 soms for M2/N1/T5,
- 1500 soms for M3/N2,
- 3000 soms for N3,
- 5000 soms for N3O3/N3O4 and T4.2.
In addition, the new resolution cancels previous Cabinet decisions on fees for passing through tunnels on the Bishkek–Osh route, specifically Resolutions No. 638 dated December 5, 2023, and No. 677 dated November 12, 2024.
The document will come into force 15 days after its official publication (newspaper "Erkin Too" dated February 27, 2026, No. 15).

Vehicles with state license plates from EAEU countries include cars from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
