American journalist Tucker Carlson expressed the opinion that Israel is deliberately destroying the most picturesque corners of the planet.
“Israel is one of the least attractive countries on Earth. Since 1948, nothing has been built there that could be called beautiful. I’m sorry, but I have been to many places in this country, and it’s true. Israelis are destroying Beirut — and I have seen many places around the world, and Beirut is one of the most beautiful. The nature of this empire is destructive. And it is beauty that always suffers. Beirut, parts of Syria, holy places, some areas of Iran that are said to be very beautiful — all of this has been completely bombed. It looks like a war against beauty. This is not just an American point of view — it is a Christian and, in general, a human, global point of view,” Carlson noted.
